Hello again from the ever-expanding Bielkiewicz Family! This past summer, we continued our wandering ways taking a long train trip from Colorado to New York, spent some time visiting Mike's family in NY (as well as checking out Vermont and Massachusetts while we were at it), then getting back on the train but this time going all the way to Montana to spend some time with Erin's family at Flathead Lake. No other trips after that this year, but that was primarily due to the expected and eventual arrival of Zackary Izaiah Bielkiewicz!

Zack was born on September 18th, eventually causing Erin to have a c-section due to his overall large-ness. Both Erin and Zack are recovering just fine. We are all still going through the adjustment period of an addition to the family, but all is going as well as can be expected. Jacob seems to be taking his Big Brother role very seriously and enjoys the new company.

Speaking of Jacob, his vocabulary is growing on a daily basis and his sense of humor is very well rounded as well. His current favorite activity is emulating the Arizona Diamondbacks big mouth, Eric Byrnes, when he slammed into the Coors Field wall attempting to run down a Rockie homerun ball. After many many DVR replays, Jacob does his best impersination himself and it cracks everybody up (including himself!). It's a joy to watch him becoming a true toddler, interested in all sports, planes, and just about anything else as we quickly approach his 2nd birthday.
